Two years ago; a Good Friday for Drinking.
Michigan State 78, Duke 68. The Spartans would eventually advance to their fourth Final Four in seven years.
That was and will always be one of the best days of my life. The entire gang was there. Jon and I got to Lou and Harry’s around noon. We started drinking. One of the Lou and Harry’s managers asked if we were going to come back for the game. We said we were here for the game. (The game didn’t start until seven that evening.)

i don't think you are entirely correct on your facts...
if i remember, good friday for drinking was the 23rd, and we beat kentucky to go to the final four on the 25th (Easter Sunday). but those are just minor details. good friday for drinking is still the best day of my life so far.
